Paige Morrisroe is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Paige earned her Bachelors degree from the University of Connecticut with a double major in Psychology and Human Development and Family Studies. She attended Fairfield University for her Master’s degree that specialized in Marriage and Family Therapy. Paige has worked in both municipal and agency settings that have an emphasis on youth and families and their overall well-being. She has experience providing both brief and long-term individual, family, and couple’s therapy from a systemic perspective to culturally diverse populations.
Paige has had experience across a wide-array of topics, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma/crisis, family and relationship conflict, divorce, truancy, grief and loss, emotional and behavioral concerns, parenting challenges, and anger management. Paige is currently a certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. Paige’s approach to healing is person-centered and she believes that it is important to be integrative, so she utilizes strategies, tools and ideas from various therapeutic models. Her approach is warm, honest, collaborative and interactive. She is passionate about helping individuals and families overcome their challenges and find solutions to meet their goals. She will work with each client and individualize therapy to meet client’s needs.
