Michael greatly enjoys working to improve outcomes of individuals with a wide range of presenting problems at all levels of the developmental continuum, as well as supporting families in the role of educational advocate for school-based issues. Michael is licensed in the State of Connecticut as a Licensed Professional Counselor and is a Certified School Psychologist in Connecticut. He holds a Master of Arts and 6th Year professional certificate in Educational Psychology from the University of Connecticut Neag School of Education, and both 092 certificate of education administration and doctorate in International Educational Leadership through the University of Bridgeport.  He received his Bachelor’s degree with a focus on psychology from Central Connecticut State University. His dissertation was a quantitative study assessing principal personality and its influence on effective leadership.
