Megan Piantedosi BA, MA

Megan is a certified special educator who currently teaches at an alternative high school in Fairfield County. She has a specialization in adolescent executive functioning. She attended Southern Connecticut State University obtaining a Masters in Autism Spectrum Disorder and comprehensive special education. She is currently completing her sixth-year certificate in executive functioning and emotional disabilities to further her knowledge in those areas. In her previous role, she spearheaded a school-wide executive skills intervention following training from Peg Dawson. Megan has ten years of experience in the special education field and currently brings a specific lens of executive function and emotional disabilities to her students. She commonly is involved in developing IEPs and maintaining data regarding goals and objectives and is involved in numerous school-wide improvement initiatives. She loves traveling, cooking, and her dogs.
